Welcome to Asia Gaming. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and Asia Gaming ("Company", "we", "us"). 2Asia Gaming Account Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the Asia Gaming platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• The minimum deposit into an Asia Gaming account is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal from an Asia Gaming account is RM50 per request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same name and bank details as those registered on your Asia Gaming account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Asia Gaming withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method and verification requirements.
• Asia Gaming reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of RM5,000 and above in a single transaction.
• If there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, Asia Gaming reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is concluded.

5Asia Gaming Bonuses & Promotions

Asia Gaming offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new members and loyal players. All Asia Gaming bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general bonus terms for Asia Gaming are as follows:

• Every Asia Gaming bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range between 5x to 20x bonus value depends on the promotion type.
• The Asia Gaming welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit. A player may only claim the welcome bonus once only.

6Asia Gaming Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Asia Gaming platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Asia Gaming system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation.

• Asia Gaming reserves the right to reduce betting limits or decline bets from specific players at the company's sole discretion without the need to provide a reason.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), or exploit errors within the Asia Gaming platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7Player Conduct & Responsibilities

All Asia Gaming players are required to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Asia Gaming platform:

• Using the Asia Gaming platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or other criminal acts.
• Opening multiple Asia Gaming accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, or for any other reason.

8Asia Gaming Account Suspension & Closure

Asia Gaming reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Asia Gaming Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Multiple Asia Gaming accounts held by the same individual.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes in relation to responsible gaming.

If your Asia Gaming account is suspended due to confirmed fraudulent activity, Asia Gaming reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses. For suspensions arising from other reasons, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Asia Gaming account may contact our support team. Once the closure request is received, all active bets will be settled first before the net balance is returned to the player.

9Asia Gaming Limitation of Liability

• Asia Gaming is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting outcomes, whether wins or losses, in games conducted fairly.

• Asia Gaming is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Asia Gaming's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Asia Gaming Privacy & Data Security

Asia Gaming takes the protection of players' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Asia Gaming is subject to Asia Gaming Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them.

• Asia Gaming collects personal data necessary for platform operations, including your name, contact information, financial details, and platform usage data.

11Law & Jurisdiction

Asia Gaming reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Asia Gaming Terms & Conditions, we will:

• Sending email notifications to all registered players at least 7 days before changes take effect for material amendments.
